What Companies are Looking for

I have a word document that I refer to when filling out the applications. Here are some important skills that companies are looking for that you should highlight in your application if possible:

DETAIL ORIENTED:

You must be able to pick up small details, i.e. the server at your restaurant forgot to tell you what the daily specials were.
RELIABLE AND DEPENDABLE:

You must be able to meet deadlines for the assignment and complete the assignment exactly as you are directed.
OBJECTIVE AND ANALYTICAL:

You must be unbiased and systematic when completing your assignments. Ask questions and be subjective in all situations.
EXCELLENT WRITING SKILLS:

You must have strong writing and spelling skills and be able to complete reports with very detailed and thorough descriptions.
SUPERIOR COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS:

You must be able to clearly communicate with salespeople and servers. You cannot be shy and you must not be afraid to ask many detail oriented questions.
CAN FOLLOW DIRECTIONS:

A secret shopper must be able to follow directions exactly as they are told. There is a reason for everything you are asked to do and if you do not follow through you may not get paid for the assignment.
WELL ORGANIZED:

This is especially important when you start completing multiple shops and working for many companies at once.
