One thing you will notice when when you begin secret shopping is that there tends to be more assignments at the beginning and end of each month. The beginning of the month is when new jobs usually come into the companies and at the end of the month the companies often finding themselves approaching month end deadlines. Again, your actual earnings can be more or less depending upon the time you put in; where you live; and the type of shops you do. If you are in need of more money you can increase the amount you work, if you need to take some time off simply decline any assignments offered to you at that time (I will usually leave an out of office reply on my email and voicemail stating that I am out of the office and when I will be returning, it doesn’t look good if a company is trying to reach you and is getting no response).
